Only what you type into our forms, and basic technical information your browser sends to any website.
To contact you about classes, to reach someone if you are hurt while training, to train you safely around any injury or condition you have told us about, and to keep a record that a waiver was signed. That is the whole list.
We do not sell, rent or trade it, and we do not send it to advertisers or data brokers. We will not email you marketing you did not ask for.
Enrollment and waiver forms for anyone under 18 are meant to be completed by a parent or legal guardian, not by the child. We collect a child's details only so we can run the class safely and reach you if we need to.
If you believe a child has given us information without your consent, contact us and we will delete it.
When you submit a form, it is emailed to the school and a copy is saved on the website's own server in a folder that is not publicly reachable. Nobody outside the school sees it, with one exception: if you are injured and cannot speak for yourself, we may pass your emergency contact and relevant medical details to paramedics or hospital staff, which is the reason we asked for them.
We are not lawyers or accountants and we do not share your details with any. We will only disclose information if we are legally required to.
A few parts of this site are loaded from other companies, and those companies can see your IP address when they load. We have set them up as privately as the services allow.
Each of those is governed by that company's own privacy policy, not ours.
We use Google Analytics to see how many people visit the site, which pages they read and roughly where they are. It records your IP address, device type and the pages you view, and it sets cookies so a returning visit can be recognised. We use it for one purpose: to know whether the site is bringing people to the school. We do not run advertising trackers or third-party marketing pixels, we do not build advertising profiles, and we never sell or share this information. You can switch it off for every site you visit using Google's opt-out browser add-on.
Our forms ask separately whether you consent to photos or video of you being used to promote the school. That box is optional and always has been — you can leave it unchecked and still train, and you can change your mind later by telling us.
Waivers and enrollment records are kept while you train with us and for a period afterwards, because a signed waiver is only useful if it still exists. Enquiries that never become enrollments are deleted once they are clearly no longer live.

One honest limit: if you ask us to delete a signed waiver while you are still training, we will ask you to stop training or sign a new one, because we cannot run a class for someone with no waiver on file.
The site is served over an encrypted connection and form submissions are stored outside the public area of the server. No website can promise perfect security, and we are not going to pretend otherwise, but we do not collect payment card details on this site at all — tuition is handled in person.
